Yes.  Our cleaners are insured, bonded and covered by WSIB.  Our cleaners also go through a criminal record check prior to their employment with Sparkle Clean & Shine.

This is up to you.  We can use your home cleaning products and equipment or use our own cleaning products and equipment.  For routine cleaning, we can provide cleaning materials to store at your home for us to use during visits or we can bring in our products.

No.  We will make the necessary arrangements with you to have access to your home and secure it properly when leaving.  If you prefer to be home during the cleaning that is okay too.

If you are a regular customer on a routine cleaning service program, we will arrange to have a dedicated cleaner for your home.

Yes. Your time is valuable and we respect that. We make a point to always arrive on time.
Our services are available Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. Services are not available evenings and weekends.
Prior to your clean, we will work with you to set a time that works for your schedule.
Our services cover the Durham area. This includes Oshawa, Ajax, Whitby, Courtice & Pickering. Please contact us to confirm if your home is covered in our servicing area as there may be exceptions outside of these regions.

We require a 48hr notice for cancelation.
Payment can be made after the cleaning service is complete. You will receive an email with a copy of your invoice with instructions on payment – email money transfer or credit card payments are accepted. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
